Thank you  The good GCs charge 20% but this does not equate to your savings because the GC will have better contacts, have namer experience coordinating contractors, be more familiar with permit process and expectations of the inspectors.  

I'm contacted by another landlord in the same town who needs help with a problematic tenant.

One thing my teens have taught me is not everyone wants to be contacted directly on the phone.

I honestly would be here all day about Pros.CONS:Not every single state has dozens of contacts at your access but majority of states do.I wish i would've started when i was 18.NOW THE BIG QUESTION IS IT WORTH IT?
