Ever since a competitors sales Rep told me on the side that it was the best and their pigment count was through the roof...I have never been disappointed!

I only use rabbu as the 3rd data source to validate my analysis, I find that it runs really high but its helpful and also easy to see what your competitors might be doing.

Take all your top competitors' reviews and have ChatGPT analyze them for amenities and see if it would be unique to you. 

Luckily I invested in a place that will let me hire out my own PM so I get to dictate the rates but I'll make sure to offer something my competitors won't.

I've always believed that there is nothing wrong with being a "copy cat" as long as you copy the "right cat" 🐱What prompted my question is just recently we had a local competitor literally use the same design and layout for their website as our own.And not the first time something like this has happened over the years and personally, I find it quite endearing 😘Would love your thoughts?

These are not competitors for larger STR but they are efficient alternatives and competitors to smaller STR.

I think it's very important to differentiate and NOT be the same as your competitors.

Or just hand swipe crumbs from the counter onto the floor?
