How do people work with the clause and make these kinds of deals?

As a smaller, self-managed landlord I think solutions that offer that kind of scheduling/logistics framework are solving for one of the most long-standing self-managed challenges we've had for years: how to scale and systematize operations when you're are landlord or PM out there hustling for your next deal. 

This kind of community is designed to attract certain individuals that share the same values for the outdoors, smaller living, and a healthy community. 

I think there are liability issues with putting some kind of booze out.

Just curious if anyone is doing STR's in that market and what kind of results they're seeing. 

Is that some kind of incentive ARM from the builder?
