Meaning, if you find something similar/somewhere else (in another market) closer to $300k, you'd be interested.

On the upside, they have a new investor portal which where you can view documents (like monthly reports/inspections by Aloha) and data on construction progress and returns.  

They will also charge you to have an inspection by a 3rd party or to use an app to make sure the work is done.

i also wouldn't rule out markets that are closer to you, even if they have a slightly higher price point. 

They might only skim an inspection report and trust me to find issues.

Ranges can be fine if they’re in good condition, but inspect them thoroughly.

Dundalk I would prefer compared to Essex as it's closer to the city.
