Doug is a west sider b/c he's in Glendale, I'm an east sider b/c I'm on the phoenix/scottsdale border in a little known neighborhood called 'Arcadia', if you see the mountain that looks like a camel laying down chilling, I'm at the bottom of that mountain to give you perspective.

The seller should chill out, and let.

Gas forced air works well, and will most certainly take the chill off, but installing ductwork, gas lines, etc seems like a lot of work (cost) that I would avoid if I could.

Kind of like a catching pneumonia after taking a half hour walk in 20 below wind chill...in your bathing suit. 

I got the chills just reading about it. 

I have a very chill position now and it's so easy it's boring.

There's even a guy who's set up a big ole Archie Bunker-style lounge chair, chilling like he's on a southern front porch.

To make it real estate specific, I've prepared by speaking to neighbors, city officials, lenders in the area, like-property owners, and have even chilled at the neighborhood bar chatting with "locals".

Regardless, other people I have spoken to said it’s very difficult to break even or cash flow in the Portland metro.Interested in hearing your thoughts on this.Hope all is chill and thanks in advance!
