Anyone out there have any ideas on business models and I am not talking about a business that will boggle me down from 9-5

The prices for duplexs in San Diego County are mind-boggling. 

Additionally we are now seeing stories where a owner sells their property, it closes escrow, they get their funds and still refuse to vacate..how bout that..mind boggling.

It boggles my mind how so many people turn to quick leverage.

It would be mind boggling on just how to build a printer that wouldnt topple over from the weight of several dozen stories of concrete in it.  

It is simply mind boggling how some folks live in and as long as there are not children there code enforcement or health department will allow some pretty nasty situations .  

It just boggles my mind that people who would make $59k a year and the price for a tiny shack in the ghetto there starts at $500k, wouldn’t have the common sense to move to a better more economical location.

The population has not increased a large amount but the quantity of large multifamily apartments that have been constructed is mind boggling.

This is very mind-boggling for me.  

Sure bad things like illness and job loss can happen and ruin your credit, and I sympathize with that, but how many people get stuck in a vicious cycle of one bad decision leading to another, and are never able to come out of it is mind boggling - all due to their poor life choices.
