You could also look into regional banks or credit unions with experience in real estate development for middle-ground options.If I were you, I’d spend some time shopping around for the best rate/terms.

But I would keep for a work shop if your doing value add to the house.

Yes, you bought what seems like a good deal on paper, but in reality, you own an old apartment building in a neighborhood with poor security, possibly surrounded by long-vacant shops, streets piled with garbage, and a poorly managed community.

Additionally, don't hesitate to review your insurance every year and shop for a new policy.

The guy who promised all this to you then blames the mechanic and body shop he has (or claimed to have) an ownership interest in who turns out to be the original owner who sold the car in the first place.Buyer Beware is a good learning experience, but it doesn't cancel out outright fraud on the part of the seller/arranger of all of this.

And right down flying the same airplane LOL..their shop is well run..

It's just one more government body asking for a lot the same information.
