Breach of contract get the termination started... 

My leases have an early termination fee and they pay rent until its rented back out.

The fact is, the tenant is trying to take advantage of the situation and get something out of you.Based on what you've shared, I would give them notice of termination and remove them from the property.

Our goal is a Short Term in the lakes region that would double as a home for us.

Some have sealed batteries and some are replaceable.

I have 2 cars that we are trying to exclude the payment from for dti ratios.One was owned at $852 monthly payment (this was refinanced to remove borrower from the loan)this one is giving me a problem because they are asking for payoff but honda is saying they take up to 10 days to be able to send it.Any guidance on a way to get this closed sooner would be great, seller is on a tight timeline.Second one is a lease that we have had approval to terminate (for $2600 fee) and then that one would be excluded.

Question for the community:For anyone who has made the switch from long-term rentals to short-term in Colorado, what has your experience been?

Also have in your lease that you can terminate the lease with 30 day notice if the tenant is incompatible with the building/other tenants/you.
