The plan is to use the heloc to purchase additional properties, and basically brrrr and pay back the balance - then repeat.What I didn't realize is how difficult it is to find a business heloc.  

I wanted to get back in the game again but don’t have much in reserves that most if not all HML require.

I'm also pretty handy and would be open to purchasing a property that requires some minor work before tenants can move in.
