Very possible biggest factors are can you find the deals that will be profitable (I work with auctions and that varies hugely) and how fast can you execute them and move to the next one, remember that you have time on the market and closing time once under contract (usually an extra month) before you get the capital back out.

Hi, quick question on HOA Foreclosures.I won a HOA foreclosure at auction in Texas back at the end of 2023.

I bought the property back from the auction on 08/30/2024.

I am a NY investor who invested some years back in Springfield MA during the real estate crash in 1992 where condos selling for $110K were sold at auction for $40K.
