I really appreciate the advice on attending a local investor group meet up.

I believe they are still doing the occasional JBB workshop but I believe Dave is quite selective in who they let attend.  

@Alyssa Dinson you can search here for posts relevant  to the city you are interested in and also attend meetups and use Facebook groups but be cautious in vetting:)

I'd suggest attending local meet ups so you can talk to people who invest in CA and OOS.

A great way to start is by attending RE events and joining a local investors association.

I attended a Jerryll Noordan video call just this morning and I left the call feeling totally mislead and concerned about the integrity of the marketing tactics being used to draw investors like us to the video sales calls.I was on Facebook last night and, for the first time, saw Jerryll's ad and clicked on it.

I atttended a “live” seminar and all the people in the chat were bots (called out several by name and asked qs, no response) attended same seminar again w same bots and same statements.

In addition, there will be a ton of high school seniors coming to campus Jan-March to tour campus etc to decide if they would like to attend etc. 

I attended the City of Binghamton Council meeting to try and defend why good cause eviction is not the way to go!
