@Venecia BaezThe action plan for real estate investing involves setting clear goals, assessing finances, choosing a market, building a network, understanding numbers, starting small, and learning from experience.

From there you assess if month to month cash flow deficit is okay, that's really such a small detail of it.  

If you are getting what you are from the bank, you need to step back and assess the deal. 

Over the years, I've done several dozen of these and know how to pick a good one. 

I do manage these myself through a small STR management company that I own that manages about a dozen locations.

Focus on STR-friendly areas like Newburgh or Highland Lakes, and use platforms like AirDNA to assess revenue potential.
