The owner converted the rubber roofs into pitched asphalt roofs, newer furnaces within the last 4-9 years, with some newer features like floors, plumbing etc.  

The lowest bid we've received is for $4,600 for tear off and replace with 3-tab asphalt shingles, $3,275 for another layer on the existing roof, or $2,975 if I strip and haul off the existing layers and replace any damaged sheeting. 1.

I need about $300,000 to finish the asphalt, landscape and last unit.

This will require cutting up the asphalt, doing the work and repairing the road.

Same with asphalt roofs, versus tile roofs, versus condos.  

My shed is roughly 15'x15' with an asphalt roof. 

I would have to do the works, few loads of dirt to bring property higher than road, septic tank,  survey for city,  trailer pad with 2 parking spots.. ( probably asphalt)..I do not have any other structures near me except 2 structures across the street. 1 was a trailer that was made into a house(looks nice) the other is a mobile home.

I would image furnace with ac will be 8k plus the cost of ducting.Roof sounds in the range for asphalt shingles.
