You can get rid of many of your annoying little 'old-house issues' by buying an existing house that needs repairs and literally doing everything: new plumbing, new electrical, new drywall, new roof, etc....

It’s so annoying when a website doesn’t list the price publicly.

.- Throwaway account gets annoyed at great advice offered by community.- New accounts (1 or sometimes lots) flood the comment leaving weirdly similar reviews - not just for each individual guru, but like the same type of review for EVERY guru. 

She does terrible work with the listing, didn't care about multiple mistakes we pointed out, acted like we were annoying her by asking simple questions, and became defensive and unprofessional when we called her out on it. 

This is getting annoying.

If your total taxable gain is not small, then obviously you're going to see more value from going through annoying compliance with California. 

hello, I have set up EKM meters for 4 tenants, it's super annoying to calculate demand charges for tenants, and who uses how much power.   

Personally, I wouldn't mind it if someone asked...now if it was demanding and/or continuously asking for things, that's a different story and can be annoying whether neighbor or tenant.

I have a HELOC, so when I want money out of my house I just take it out.Anyway, sorry if I hurt your feelings or anything, but it's a bit annoying to try to help people and have them bash you and refuse to listen, so I get a little carried away sometimes.
