Also short on capital but long on ambition, so I will be keeping an eye open for opportunities that include terms I can be comfortable with and excited about.

As for people taking your "seriously" I do believe your demeanor and ambition will help take you to where you want to be.

I dont believe most of the small guys have a clue what is involved or how it could benefit them, ones I have dealt with are comfortable with eeking out a job here or there to pay for daily life, they have no ambitions for anything more.

Real Estate Investing is awesome especially when couples decide to share the same ambitions.

"Spread the wealth", why don't we spread some ambition instead.

Most people are happy to just have a nine to five & lack any real ambition.
