Because of this, lenders had to add huge adjustments to their pricing when they were at or near 7% delivery threshold. The announcement last night is suspending that cap or essentially undoing it allowing lenders to originate and deliver these loans without the fear of being punished or exceeding their allotment.

I’ve sent her 7 days to cure and I also contacted Section 8.My question, should I be prepared to get a lawyer to proceed with my eviction as I’m sure she won’t be out in the time allotted or should I just file the paperwork myself since I have a little leverage being that she has a voucher.Section 8 told me they won’t pay me for Dec if my plans are to have her gone.. but it will be kind of messed up if she’s still in my house with their voucher after deadline.. but at this point I told them I just want her gone!

@Troy DeLong The grand total loan will be determined based on a couple different formulas -- the Lender will take the lesser of the two figures. 1. 75% of the ARV ($200K x .75) = $150KOR2. 80% of the Purchase Price + Rehab Cost ($146K + 40K x .80) = $148KIn this example, the grand total loan amount allotted would be $148K (lesser of the two). The Lender would set aside your rehab budget in a 3rd party Escrow account, amounting to around $30K.
