Several times I have saved myself hours of aggravation by telling a tech in a truck my problem in person and bypassing anything that has to use a phone.

What I find most aggravating about this escrow is not only did I bring the money for the repairs to closing, but I had to pay a fee to make a draw from the escrow!

These matters can be confusing and aggravating for borrowers.  

I get extremely aggravated by someone in a suit that has no idea what there doing, You can see BS coming from a mile away.

It is never worth the time and aggravation.

I also don't like aggravation, so when I'm done with this house I'm living in, I will not be renting it out and dealing with tenants.  

@Aaron Scott and @Anita BloutLet me save you a lot of time and aggravation... don't bother.99% of agents don't know and aren't willing to learn what a deal is.

I don't mind paying for a refresher course but I was aggravated that so much time was spent on their high priced systems such as their rehabbing templates (which appeared very impressive) only to find out that it was all or nothing in the Mastery course to be able to utilize what they presented.

It is extremely aggravating.
