If you are looking to do real estate sales as well you may want to find a brokerage that hires for both at the same time, and check their credibility.  

We weren't willing to take that risk.My wife operated our first home and after a few months we found a really solid knowledgeable manager who took over operations while still working closely with my wife.

When the smoke clears after a sale, everything falls to the buyer's responsibility.  

Ensure the state provides a clear title upon sale.

Did ask about specifics they are interested in and after 8 hrs of no response I reported it as spam.
