Unlike Vegas, where tourism can be hit-or-miss depending on conventions or events, Florida’s Panhandle delivers steady demand every season.

Usually, they take care of exterior maintenance and upkeep plus you have amenities that you can advertise to your tenants.

Doing so also helps create some level of USP to a sea of growing inventory across platforms like Airbnb.With their introduction to paid advertising it’s going to be interesting to see how their algorithms change from a ratings perspective.

It may be time to refresh the photos in your advertisement and offer a move in special with a reduced first month rent. 

Would switching to targeting refinery workers endanger your ability to attact students in the future (a break in the word of mouth advertising, for instance).
