build to rent is great. they are an intermediary that help investors contract direct with turn key new build. they are pretty sophisticated we have sold a house so far and we are looking to sell other multifamily with them. there is a vetting process and as an intermediary they don't control construction they help vet builders and establish relationships. they have a big team. the other builder I've never heard of but unless you can see your house I wouldn't touch it. rent to retirement has a strict policy of 90 days until certificate of occupancy until they will send a deal out they are good at what they do and I'd recommend them. they have options all over the country and established relationships.

Write a book about it, utilize paid internet ads to drive book sales, follow on with YouTube videos, webinars, blog casts, on line tutorials, and sell a few one on one coaching sessions.4.

Push through it, you may even need to have a second, consistent paying job and thats OK, until you get established.

However, I’d like to have a space of my own before living with others again (I plan to house hack again with my next property).I’m seeking advice on how to move forward, as I need to consider things like utilities, taxes, landlord/umbrella insurance, and managing the property, especially with someone renting my garage.Specifically, I’m curious about renting out individual rooms and living on my own for a little while.
