Your guests are not going to notice or care about the leak under the sink or that the hedges need to be trimmed.

This property will not be fancy, and will be painted the same color throughout (walls, ceilings, trim, etc.).What "white" paint would you recommend for a Section 8 property that should give me the best results?

In addition to this you will need to trim out the interior for your new windows.

My quote was 9500 for everything wall to wall ceiling to floor and trim.

I put killz all over the walls, will probably end up replacing the trim boards, and drowning the corner in some kind of enzyme eliminating solution.
