While some of the locations he has invested in sound daunting, upon further research, some of the locations have more secure banks, lower tax rates (of course), but also some countries he's investing in, he believes will be the next Singapore, or possible a country that will be added to the EU.

I had a client from Singapore and we wanted to take him to a range in Wa. that had machine guns he was not allowed as he did not have US ID.. you might want to check with the gun range on that one to make sure they can allow them to shoot.
