Sending 100 each of blue, pink yellow and white postcards is not a large enough sample to give you much useful information.

The only time I ever considered painting a brick house was one that had pink brick..... yeah... bright shiny pink.... yuck!

For example, one of our condos in Kihei, Maui has its original 1980's kitchen, complete with pink laminate countertops!  

So they each bought one, and she painted hers pink.

However I have never done one for multifamily (the asset class I jumped to this year), many of these mailers will be going to law offices, and very wealthy owners and I am hesitant to send them a pink envelop with a cute stamp and a chicken scratch yellow letter inside....Does anyone have experience in marketing to larger multifamily owners?

Not having the cash just ups the bar on how creative you have to be to put something together.  

White appliances should have went out with linoleum tile and pink bathrooms....
