I love that southeast corridor of south shore, woodlawn, washington park, bronzeville, etc. is amazing!

You can usually make money in rental homes in just about any decent-sized city in the Southeast: Birmingham, Alabama; Little Rock, Arkansas; Jackson, Mississippi; Atlanta, I could go on.

It'll most likely be in the southeast unless something local drops in my lap.

In my Southeast US rentals years ago my SD was 1 months rent or between $800-1,000 here in SoCal it is $1,750 which is about 1/2 a months rent.
