For my fellow LI enthusiasts...It passed MySpace as the number two forum now:LI Now Number 2...Passed MySpaceTwitter is number 4.

I get where they are coming from it's just the fact that they want two rooms available to them so they can come live in my space that I rent.

I only agreed to let them apply based on the fact that an adult would be with the children and they would not be unattended in my space. 

My space rent is $419 per month and my monthly utilities including cable and Internet dish TV etc. is $400 a month average.

Maybe it's a gender thing but I want my space, my yard, my garage.

Although I didn't actually stay at my unit during the lease term (my primary home is in Florida), I genuinely thought that I was within my rights to share my space based on the rules and regulations. 

I expect one will become the Facebook of Real Estate, and that the others will become the myspaces and etoys of Real Estate.

The feature reminds me a lot of the Myspace setup that made it unbearable.

Furthermore, I want to be a leader in my space and be that person that can help others reach their goals.
