I also grew up in the projects and know how it is.

I grew up hauling wood stoves all over my dad's shop where his company many wood stoves and inserts.

Once we grew out of it, I didn't want to sell.

Personally very familiar with the Cannabis industry In SoCal, I grew up there.Rates are high on cannabis due to there being far and few banks willing to lend on it.

While investing in real estate we grew the dog walking company from just us to 25 employees walking about 100 dogs a day.

I have a duplex that I owner occupy here that works great, however finding a new deal that makes sense is difficult in Madison.I grew up in the Janesville area but really am not familiar with it anymore in regards to the neighborhoods.

I can’t speak much about other markets, but as someone who started off in Columbus, and grew up in Cleveland, i would say that the Ohio market in general is a very beginner friendly state for investors.
