Stash some money for about a year or so to make it right.

I do have a cash stash to carry me a few months on the properties if someone didnt pay.

So like I said, we have a small stack of cards I keep stashed away so we don't put anything on there anymore.

(Place is in great shape, and in 4 years have had essentially nothing serious happen).All that being said, I was wondering if there was a way to lower my monthly mortgage, ideally to get it down to about 1500/month so then we would be breaking even and I can stash even more cash away to buy up my next property.

I stash the rest away in the a high yield savings account.

Called the Police they said most likely they stored their stash (drugs) under the stairs and is why they are missing.

Making sure my debts (outside of mortgages) are paid off, stashing away as much in a high-yield savings account as possible so it will be there to use, and learning as much as I can, mostly through Bigger Pockets podcasts.
