Imagine me asking my attorney for $35K worth of free court appearance /advise or a real estate agent to forgo the 6% fees on selling of a home or demanding my property manager give me 20 years of free property management or going to Best Buy every week and coming out with a cart full of electronics good without paying, etc.

Hence why WB said index fund, sure if ya got a few hundred mill - billion+ yeah, could you imagine trying to sort out deploying a billion dollars into real estate, yikes, what a headache. 

I can't imagine being in a partnership with someone that brings nothing to the table but expects the same return as you do.

As far as waiting until you graduate: either option would work but I would imagine your biggest obstacle at the moment would be that you do not have a set record of wages from an employer.

I'd imagine being "famous" for something as filthy as Sub 2 comes with a hefty amount of problems at some point or another. 

I would imagine if the home is being prepped before hand to remove all hazards, post burn there should be minimal debris.

Imagine that you have a capital gain of 20k, if you invest those 20k as a down payment for another property in the following 2 years you won't have to pay tax on them.

So in reality, I've made $142...luckily I have extra cash and was able to make those LOC payments without taking the Prosper money...but I cannot imagine going into my account and transferring the money out of Prosper to my bank every day over a 2-4 week span...unless you "skip" the initial month and let the cash build up...the point...it's tedious as F*&K to manage.

Connect with the case worker for that tenant ensure you get a courtesy copy of notices they receive from S8 so you're in the loop about recertification dates, etc.Confirm the information above w/ your State S8 office but I can't imagine they won't allow you to charge late fees.
