Highly recommend

Hi everyone  :-)Can anyone recommend a good property management company in the Cincinatti OH/Covington KY area? 

I'll take any and all advice any of you have, but the two things I'm looking for specifically are: what sites, services, and/or software you use and recommend for sceening and managing tenants? 

These specialized companies, easily found online or here, will create your company’s SD 401(k) plan.

It sounds like a good opportunity and I want to pull the trigger but I wanted to get some reviews since the program is a high ticket of $15K I couldn't find much online about this program or Brian Grimes. 

@Colin Ford recommend getting experience with your RI duplex before going OOS.You should DIY manage the unit next door, so you LEARN about property management, the goog, the bad and the ugly.Then you'll be so much better prepared to invest OOS!

Is there a good website theme template to use that anyone can recommend?

Don’t be fooled by high occupancy numbers if people aren't coughing up the dough on time.

I see no value in it for evaluation.Realestate.com has always been a good site for accessing properties, but they do a poor job of evaluation. 

Are there any lenders you would recommend so this doesn't happen on future deals?
