Hey BP community, I have been under contract for a while on a piece of property out in GA.

If i get a real estate license and brokers license in the state of Virginia, can I transfer a RE license or Brokers license to these states.Maryland, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Maryland? 

There were complaints about a new construction in New Braunfels, but that is different from a value add.At this point, their website (https://grocapitus.com/our-portfolio/) shows 6 completed MF exits, in GA, FL, TX, AZ and SC, with IRR from 16 to 21%. 

(some of my own research: Georgia, SC, NC, OH, TN)2.

What are my options in the state of Georgia - specifically Atlanta?

I'm mainly in the Ga, TN, and AL markets
