Euclid, Maple Heights, as far east as Lorain or even as far south as Akron?

These properties are in the 38127 zip code east of Highway 51 sort of in the Alta Vista neighborhood.

From talking to other investors here, I would lean towards the East Bay suburbs.

I would suggest looking in Center Point, Fultondale, Roebuck, East Lake, or Ensley.
