Foreign students have been known to pay a year in advance, but that may be changing since China is putting the screws to their wealthy class.

I also have an office in China and both manufacture and import products from overseas.

Hello Everyone,I heard someone mention that when she worked at a mortgage company, she noticed a lot of international investors from Australia, Canada, China - to name some of the countries - who invested here in the states. 

GB AU  ISreal  Danish  German  Spanish... in FLA  many from south America.in AZ  many investors from MX... and of course Japan and China for west coast and Hawaii

I just got back from China and that place is a disaster.Housing works in a cycle.  

I work with people in China who have adopted American names they use in business.
