He used to use  pacifiers until teething, now he just takes them out and chews on them.  

Some offer value, some offer the same chewed up garbage that's made the email rounds.

If you bring any of your personal life in to this venture, it will chew you up and spit you out.

I help my business partner run his property management company, ERS Management, in town, and we are actively managing about 750 units for approximately 75 local, national, and international investors and are rapidly expanding.I always love to chew real estate and help people find investments that can benefit both parties.  

Networking, seeing ideas from others that I hadn't thought of, and having someone else's ear to chew off about this stuff rather than my wife (who hears it every night) or my friends (who don't want to hear it because they are paycheck-to-paycheck grasshoppers). 

To sum it up I am only biting off what I can chew! 

The doors had to be replaced because the dogs would try to chew there way out!

-They have backwards priorities -They are professionals and know they will get several more months out of the home even after you file for evection-They are simply bad with managing their money-Something changed in their lives and they can no longer afford to live there/ need to save money to get into the next place-They bit off more than they could chew initially (similar to being bad at managing money but more future budget related)The people that do pay are regular people who want a decent place to live and respect how the system works. 

His garage door wouldn't open automatically because the dog had chewed the wires on the sensor (not my problem) he told me he would have it fixed.Outside vinyl siding needs a power-washing, and there were a few cracks or breaks where he had hit the side of the house with his ride-it mower.  

Now in 180s, why I said I'd like to hold but I refinance to extract equity it's chewing into cash flow as a rental.
