you might look at BofA's 1% promo through end of Feb, 2021 for $100K or more and if you bring $100K new money by getting LOCs via your LLC's EIN on the side, deposit the "new money" into a BofA business checking acct you can earn preferred platinum status and maybe refi or do another at 1% for 18 months then 3% for 15/25!
