@Victoria Jonagan Beyond the obvious of listing with an agent on the mls, try the little free apartment guide circulations that you find at restaurants and newspaper stands.

This should help alleviate the bad blood at this point.

While it costs little more money than your traditional plumbing, it can be beneficial in ways that your hot water will always stay warm and it keeps the water circulating with warm water, thus keeping your pipes warm.

A very common issue is the circulator pump (if its a hot water system which it seems to be). 

The ones that really get the blood flowing are the ones like "298" where the purchase happens to be a large number of units.I still feel like a newbie but I'm a 100 mph type of person.

In other words, they don't care anything about the blood, sweat, and MONEY that I put into the investment.
