@Uneeq Khan I'd recommend taking it all out and biting the tax bill and put it towards buying a property or better yet, buy a Bitcoin with it and hold onto it.

Some of these posters seem to think a one size fits all is the only solution and not following their “yellow pages” model of hiring contractors is inherently wrong.its just a catch 22  hard to have it both ways.. but when you do land that reliable handyman that person is worth their weight in gold or bitcoin or whatever LOL
