New RE Investor in Half Moon Bay, CA

Hello BiggerPockets!

I just started as an RE investor and now am looking to start reaching out to the community. The first two properties I invested in are rentals (a duplex and a quadruplex) in Montreal, Canada and were pretty straightforward: get enough positive cash flow to cover for all expenses and done.

I'm now looking at more involved projects near Half Moon Bay, California, where I would buy land and build on top of it. Does anyone have any good resources they recommend for evaluating and working on such projects?

Also, if anyone wants to talk about Bitcoin and how it can be leveraged for real estate or even used to purchase real estate, I'd love to learn more about this and/or share ideas.

Looking forward to meeting yall!
