At a basic level there is no one set way to structure a partnership.

I could go on and on, but basically I would love to get any insight into how I should approach this opportunity.  

You can try reaching out to a bunch of them but you most likely will get lackluster response if you don't show some basic level of commitment on your end. 

Will Investor Edge allow us to see a Demo b4 paying the $4000 to get started They will, but the demo is basically a white labeled Prop stream.

The frequent travelers that like to do repeat business, cherish those basic things.

Not some basic furniture with a couple of sets of silverware thrown in.

Basically- As investors, we're hosed.

Plus, having a fully paid-off property could be a nice safety net if the STR market takes a hit or occupancy slows down.On the flip side, if you’re eager to grow, saving for another property could be the better play.

Anyone with the capabilities to do basic research knows and understands this. 

But it would be nice to have access to the software and a place to basically wholesale the ones you don't want for yourself.
