Hello my beloved Seattle-lites!

I know i'm no where near the area you're in but it'd be lovely to connect. 

I also had a dream of being able to be there at for all the beloved people in my life at any given time.

In addition, due to increases in property taxes, homeowners are well aware that the value of their home has increased, and that (plus the beloved Zestimates) has led some to expect even more than the home is worth.

Here comes this brilliant, brave and ambitious young man, from a remote part of this world; a proud service member to our beloved people and country, who is first of all passionate in "Real Estates" business (besides all the benefits), right from a very young age, learning from his father who is of Blessed Memory.

I heard living in North Dakota can be lovely....

Valor Bank in Edmond was once again a valued partner, Jay Stern with Pillar To Post was a trustworthy inspector, and Craftsman Property Management has been beloved (as we own it, ha!)

And of course, just a little bit south of the Poconos is the beloved-by-realtors Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton area, currently on fire real-estate wise... but that's not exactly a bucolic escape. 

Now let me just say I truly love my Honda...at 35+ mpg and zero maintenance this is the perfect vehicle for a salesperson who puts in lots of road time. Not a construction vehicle though - at all! Let me just tell you...
