For a couple hundred bucks, he can do everything legally, and you shouldn't have to worry about the SAFE ACT.Unless I'm missing something with the SAFE ACT, that is...J, it isn't uniform across the country.

depends.. if there are multiple members in the LLC personal protection is usually available.single purpose or member easily pierced.from a practical standpoint.. if your LLC is getting sued the members will get sued as well along with many times their spouses.... now they are named in the suit its up to you as defendant to get them removed via motion in Limini or some type of motion.. all of this costs money  LOL... lawyers win either way.

Well, that might be telling you that AirDNA pulled bad data and you can't use that comp. 2) Next, you can check the calendar of the comps it pulls and see if there are any random blocked days or if there is any uniformity.
