the law of substitution applies here - people won't pay more for something when they know they can get the same thing or better somewhere else...the whole point of you buying it for less is so you can turn around and assign the contract for a nice little profit, say 8 or 10k...not 35k...in this situation.again, if it's not selling now for X...what makes you think you'll sell it for XX?
