To anyone that listens to the podcasts regularly, when is Brandon going to start dishing it back to Josh Dorkin?  

Colleges often have multiple satellite offices.

Looks awesome @Brandon Turner  When are you guys going to start establishing satellite offices in the rest of the country?

If you venture even further afield, to satellite cities such as Kent and Auburn, that same duplex drops in price to the $200K range and immediate cash-flow becomes a lot more doable.I know this mostly because my goal is to start out with 3-5 du/tri/quad-plexes over the next 5-8 years, and then transition them upwards into a 10-20 unit apartment.

I didn't even mention some of the fan favorites like Pequod's, and there is even a deep dish pizza pot pie in Lincoln Park!

.- Make sure to dish out any maintenance for yard work / shoveling.

I feel like there is some BS being dished here.

Structure the lease to have EVERYTHING in it including roommate duties like keeping things clean, doing dishes within xx time, payment, etc.

I'm sure they'd be grateful for a takeout meal on their landlord and it eases the burden of making a meal without a stove (and fewer dishes to wash by hand), even if for one evening.

I am investing in the broad Indianapolis area. including Muncy, Evansville, Connersville and other Indianapolis satellite cities.
