I live in a metro area of about 250,000 comprising one main town (165,000 pop) and six smaller satellite towns.

The next "Guru's" of REI are those who today get this, and are right now setting out in satellite markets, blazing a new path of being a part of those areas people want to live.

I also provide consumables such as coffee, toilet paper, kleenex, laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner.  

I know people who went all the way and dished out 445K FOR NOTHING.

My understanding of the regulation is that you can't restrict tenants from having satellite dishes completely.

Only thing is, it looks like you can dish it out, but you can't take it.I will say this again, YOU AND OTHERS LIKE YOU are the reason so many quit looking for help in this forum, and stop seeking the answers they need. 

Anyone can dish out funds to purchase a turnkey.
