I use rubbermade still as I just can’t justify $200 for packout style locking / nesting ones with a built in dolly when $4 x 3 and my already in the corner dolly will do the same.

@Sean Keating I have quite a few apartment buildings with this style of heating, and you can pretty much always make repairs as necessary.

You become almost a prisoner of your job - sacrificing your values or views just to make sure you stay employed for as long as you can.

I'm thinking about either a two-building situation and renting out one full time or possibly building a glamping style place on a plot, but I think the regulations make that more difficult now

However, and I tell everyone I help that wants to be near downtown, you're not sacrificing as much as you would be in a low income area of Arlington - so be aware of that.
