Granted many people don't have this resume, its a great way to deliver value to a potential seller. 

Cities are not just about work, they’re also about collective identity and cultural gathering - think NYC and Broadway.There will be some people who don’t value this and we’re in a city ‘just for work’, and they will definitely be looking elsewhere.There will be others who’s job is a physical delivery of a service, and eventually will resume person to person interaction - albeit perhaps slightly reduced and with controls - and they will want to minimise commute, so they will still be on the city.And there will be those that love the city life.

What you should be looking for is a way to get them to vacate without using the "nuclear" option.

My thoughts exactly, the laws in Quebec are nonsense, only on the 21st day can the first notice filing for eviction be sent ($66) and six weeks after that a hearing is had, but if the tenant pays before, the whole thing is scrapped and everything resumes back to normal.

Under normal circumstances, I think we would work that off over some months or years and then we would resume more normal growth.I'm not sure we're going to get that growth, though.

Until I can meet a person and verify they are real, ask them a few key and pointed questions to also validate their knowledge (much like an interviewer actually calling companies to ensure resumes aren't fakes).So I suggest you get out to as many REI Clubs as possible.
