This specific town has land set aside for development and has mentioned TIF opportunities and a vision for the types of development they want on the land.

My name is Marko, I have a strong ecological vision for my real estate career and I am here to learn and teach what I know.   

For me it's a matter of a vision of things that I would like to do even more so than things I would like to have (sure a car newer than a 01 Malibu would be nice, but my 01 runs).

Americans buy what is American because many of the foreign investors have the same vision as I do.

Our full-time tenants in the building are enthusiastic to be part of a vision that has become reality...But our efforts to refinance have come up empty.

But the vision is there and the properties are there.
