The master leasing in my area is essentially having an agency be on the lease and they would be responsible for finding tenants, paying the rent, having an employee check the house, and tenants whom general can use the help such as victims of domestic violence, homelessness, mental health, etc.

I can't just sell the house and be homeless while house shopping. 

I don't know exactly how it works but all I know is that ex homeless people are living it up in Birmingham with this program.  

Through experience with the Family Court and the new cash cow of each state now, known as CSE Child Support Enforcement, I understand how you come up with your statement or conclusion.But, from being a non-custodial parent and the American economy situation, (unemployment, lay-offs, poverty, homelessness etc. etc. etc…) causing arrearages in court ordered CS payments, it is the CSE with the support of Family Courts that put you on the streets.

I would hate to see him (and his wife + baby) go to a homeless shelter.If you are in need of a house sitter and would like also some minor labor with it, please PM me... you would do a good act for a family.

All it takes is one crazy neighbor, abandoned building with homeless squatting in it or just a large population of rats and other vermin living in it to scare away potential tenants to the building you want to invest in.

Nyc is a tenant passive place the city doesn't want homelessness and they don't want to take the bill of having to pay for a family to live..

My wife and I (including our young son, Apollo) have been going to downtown Colorado Springs every weekend for the past year to hand out food bags to the homeless.
