I was a bit harsh. 

The only thing is that sometimes, most times, what some customers want can't be done.Now that I've said that however, I think you are better of to find a new bank whose stipulations aren't as harsh.

You can't tell it, but I used chemicals last year and burned all of the growth down.

I would never want to pay late with the fees being so harsh!

I think a divorce would be a bit harsh; marriage is a special kind of legal partnership.

Basically He said In His A class rentals he pays a professional landscaper to mow trim and hedge .. in his b class properties he requires the tenant to mow and trim his own grass .. in his D class section 8 rentals he pours ground clear chemicals on the grass and then just dumps gravel over the yard lol 

Dead things smell really bad, kind of like feces.. then there is the moldy smells, musty smells, chemical smells .. refrigerant smells like nail polish remover.

I prefer chemical treatment or a combination of heat with a good soaking of chemical afterwards. 

(This part sounds harsh, and I don't mean it to be harsh.)
