I don’t recommend it but if you do, get a bigger machine than you think you need....assuming you can operate one without disturbing all the sub base.

These are low hanging fruit leads from a ton of marketing that gets funneled down from virtual assistants and he handles the ones ready to deal.

I'm sure others have done it with the HELOC as you described. i just like taking the low lying fruit of what financing is easily available.
