A tenant had his car broken into recently so I'm looking into beefing up the outdoor security. 

I want to check the property out just reading this thread, I'm sure you'll get some outdoor/adventure crowd that will love it.

I know some people over there that live close to Toledo and they say they like going in for the nightlife it provides as well as family restaurants and they like all the outdoor activities it provides. 

Under the hybrid model, guests/residents use their platform of choice (airbnb, vrbo, expedia, etc.) or our platform, book their own rooms, need a credit card, get an e-key, communicate with us electronically, stay as long as they like, have their gym/laundry/pool/outdoor kitchen on site, and the properties are located in the shopping and entertainment districts. 

It is a four season community with a ski slope, indoor/outdoor pools, a tiki bar, a fitness center, restaurant/bar, playground, etc. for a decent vacation for the entire family. 

I am building a hybrid apartment/hotel that will have short, medium, and long term guests/residents...located in the shopping and entertainment area with pool, gym, laundry, and outdoor courtyard and kitchen on site. 

They're able to enjoy the outdoors, mountains and ski etc.

Large covered pergola with cedar carpentry, tons of light, TV and speaker hookups, great for outdoor entertaining.
