Pocono Mountains Vacation Home Investing

Hello BPer's!  I am looking for advise, knowledge, impressions, and overall thoughts from those of you who have a vacation home or researching vacation homes in the Pocono Mountains.

I have been researching  vacation homes in the Poconos over that past couple of years.  I started in Monroe County (Locust Lake, Arrowhead Lake) and found that the type of home I am looking for and the amenities weren't readily available.  I am looking for a four season community with a lake, ski slopes, close to hunting and fishing activities.  I am also looking for a community that has a good number of mountain homes (Chalets, Prow fronts, etc,).  I don't want to see a lot of homes that look like they belong in the suburbs of Philadelphia.

I have sense turned my attention to 3 other communities.  Masthope, The Hideout, and Eagle Rock Resort.  I would love to hear thoughts and experiences about these 3 communities.  Also, if you have any other communities you would recommend I would like to hear about them.

Thanks in advance!
